Our concept is based on the fusion of two food cultures, Italian and Uzbek. Both cultures use ingredients such as meat, spices, vegetables, rice, and dough in their dishes.
Our design project subtly emphasizes our concept and fusion cuisine.
Our Beruni brand combines the Italian classical harmony of tastes, aesthetics and beautiful sound, as well as the oriental image and gastronomic traditions of ancient cities, thinkers and famous scientists of the 11th century, who combined the West and the East in their works.
